Alternative View

Our mission is to create an alternative view in the supply of aluminium material and components and thinking way outside the box is what we like to do best. That is what makes us unique. In a huge industry made of relatively few major players, we offer our customers an alternative view; a snapshot of the whole industry's best choices to suit a specific application.

Only an independent business can make this boast but we do not stand entirely alone. We have in place a number of exclusive representations that support our supply routes and we are active members of the Midlands Aerospace Alliance and the Independent Buyers Consortium, one of the largest purchasing authorities in Europe.

The flexibility and attention to detail we provide is demonstrated every day in the key programmes we are engaged in and some of those applications are illustrated pictorially. In several of these programmes, ASP was asked to supply precise specification products as a result of original sources drying up. In others we were asked to meet specific criteria, such as mechanical properties or cost.

The company has been approved for some time to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 but in March 2007 approved also to AS9100:2003 for the supply of raw material and manufactured components and assemblies.
